We selected this group to complete a full remodel of our home. Our expectations and requirements were strict, and we wanted the value of our home to increase. They rebuilt all of our sewer lines, upgraded our electrical service, designed and built an exceptional finished product and we could not be happier.

I have worked with insurance companies in the past and felt misinformed and cheated. However, this company plans and communicates very well. Because of all their pictures and documents, my insurance company was able to respond to their requests quickly, pay for all damages and I always felt informed.

With our roof leaking, mold was found in several walls of our building. Because of our type of business and active schedule, we could not close our doors while the issue was fixed. SKCOPE created temporary areas for us to work and completed all their work at night, so we could continue to see our clients during the day.

No one wants to experience water inside their home. Our family was overwhelmed and concerned about where to start. We were listened too, directed and were put at ease that everything would be okay.

We were looking to have a total kitchen remodel done, starting in October, and to be completed before the December holiday season. The team executed and ensured that we could enjoy the holidays with our son home on vacation from the Army. They made it happen.

This company is singularly driven to provide a superior customer experience. They listen to the customers concepts and provides recommendations and solutions to actualize the customers concepts. They work closely and intently with the customer to achieve the desired results within the customers budget constraints. Great win-win relationship.

This is a customer service relationship at its best. During remediation it was noted that plumbing from original construction had been significantly compromised, crushed during framing. They remediated the plumbing issue, and the saturated walls, to ensure no future issues. The relationship we have with Chris and his team will be utilized in all of our future renovation actions.

There were no short cuts taken to meet the schedule and they delivered a gorgeous remodel. Chris and his team are meticulous in all aspects and details of the work being performed, not only by his team, but by other service providers as well. The implied company credo is; it’s not done until it is done perfectly.
